Rev. Elsie L Smith
Is a local Deacon at Quinn Chapel she became an Ordained Deacon October 25, 2015 at the Louisiana Annual Conference. Rev. Smith is currently the Superintendent of our Church School. Her favorite song sung by our Choir is “I Can’t Even Walk Without You Holding My Hand” Her favorite Scripture is Psalms 107 “O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endures forever, Rev. Smith has 2 sons 6 grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
Rev. Emma J. Cohn
Is a Local Elder at Quinn Chapel she became an ordained Elder in 2010. Under Bishop Carolyn Tyler Guidry the first 4 years. Elder October 25, 2015 at Louisiana Annual Conference. Rev. Cohn is a teacher of Quinn’s new member’s class. Rev. Cohn has two favorite scriptures are Psalms 23 and John 14 “ Let your heart not be troubled;ye believe in God believe also in me. In my father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. And if I go and prepare a place, I will come again and receive you if myself; that where I am you may also be.”Rev. Cohn’s favorite Gospel Song is “Can’t Nobody Do Me Like Jesus”. Rev. Cohn states “That she loves to edify and give glory to God.”
